You can choose to work on your fitness with open gym sessions or with the guidance of one of our personal trainers or take part in our range of weekly aqua aerobics and fitness classes. Do laps or simply splash about in our fabulous pool, then relax and unwind in the jacuzzi, steam room or sauna. And when you’re done, enjoy our top of the range changing facilities complete with soft fluffy towels, robes, and slippers.
CHILDREN’S SWIMMING LESSONS
Children’s swimming lessons are available throughout the year. Classes are very popular so please use our new online booking system to check availability and book your class in advance. All our classes are led by qualified swim instructors, with your child’s safety always our priority.
FITNESS CLASSES
Aqua aerobics and fitness classes run weekly from Monday to Friday at 10:45am at The Springs. Our new online booking system makes it easy to check availability and book your session.
OPENING HOURS
Weekdays: 7am-10pm
Weekends & Bank Holidays: 8am-8pm
MEMBERSHIP
As a guest of the hotel these facilities are all available free of charge and can be booked at Reception, and we also have a selection of membership plans for singles, couples, children, students, family, and Golden Years. Member benefits include:
